You need an agent or property owner account. Every new listing is checked by our team before it goes live, so buyers only see real, complete listings.
- Sign in and tap List a Property.
- Basic info: a clear title and description, the price in naira, sale or rent, the property type, the address, state, city or area, LGA and nearest landmark. Drop the pin on the map.
- Details: bedrooms, bathrooms, size, year built, furnished or not, boys' quarters, title document, road access and flood risk. For land: lot size and zoning.
- Photos: up to 10. Use bright, sharp photos; the first one is the cover.
- Amenities: security, power (including generator, inverter, solar and hours of power a day) and water. For rent: service charge, caution, agency and legal fees, and whether you accept quarterly or six-monthly payment.
- Review everything and submit.
After you submit
Your listing shows as pending in your dashboard while our team reviews it. When it's approved it goes live and you're emailed. If it's turned down, you're emailed the reason, and it's shown on the listing in your dashboard: fix it and tap Resubmit for review. You can edit a live listing from your dashboard at any time.
